10k Voices is an ongoing community. You may receive opportunities to participate weekly or whenever new studies are available. Participation is flexible — take part when it works for you.

Yes! Our #1 rule is respect — for fellow members and moderators. This is a safe, inclusive space. Any inappropriate, offensive, or discriminatory behavior will result in removal. By participating, you agree to act in a manner consistent with the 10k Voices Participant Code of Conduct. 

No. All activities, discussions, and content in 10k Voices are confidential. Please don’t share anything outside the platform unless we explicitly say otherwise.

We’ll reach out regularly with new activities — typically a few times a month, depending on your profile and what studies are available. Keep your notifications turned on so you don’t miss out!

We recommend checking in at least once a week to stay updated. Some activities are time-sensitive, and logging in more frequently helps you stay engaged and earn more.

When you are selected and succesfully participate in a project, you’ll earn an incentive. Incentives will be emailed to you within 30 days of project closure. To learn more about when and how you will be paid, check out our Instagram reel here!

Incentives (like digital gift cards or cash equivalents) are sent via email. Be sure your contact details are up to date!

Once a project is completed, it may take up to 30 days to receive your incentive. You can send any questions about your incentive to incentives@10kvoices.com. Be sure to include your first and last name, as well as the name of the project in which you participated in.

No worries — participation is always voluntary. Just send us a message and we’ll remove you from the community and unsubscribe you from all communications.
